1. Cookies and similar tools

3. Analytics and other non-essential tools
Analytics or tracking tools that do not qualify for a legal exemption remain disabled until the user makes a valid choice. Refusal must be as easy as acceptance and must not block features that do not depend on those trackers.
4. Google Analytics
When configured, Google Analytics starts only after the user opts into optional tools. Refusal or withdrawal leaves the service usable without Analytics. The inventory below is populated only after verification of the actual published configuration.
5. Preference panel
On the first visit, a panel lets users accept optional tools, reject them, open custom settings, or continue with necessary tools only. A Cookie Preferences control remains available in the footer to change or withdraw the choice.
6. Recording the choice
The user’s choice is recorded in a demonstrable way and is not requested again without justification. Consent may be requested again when processing conditions change materially or where permitted by supervisory-authority guidance.
7. Tracker inventory
The inventory is generated from the real configuration and identifies the name, provider, purpose, category, duration, first- or third-party status, legal basis and provider notice. No absent tracker should be declared and no active tracker omitted.
